The Role

We're looking for a talented Website Designer to join our remote team and help us create websites that actually turn heads. You'll be working directly with our founding team — shaping the visual direction of client projects from concept to launch. This isn't a production-line role. We want someone with a genuine design sensibility who can think through a brand, craft a layout that makes sense, and hand it off clean enough that a developer can build it without guessing.

What You'll Do

• Design polished, conversion-focused websites for a wide range of clients and industries
• Build layouts and visual concepts in Figma that are ready for development handoff
• Develop design systems, component libraries, and style guides that keep projects consistent
• Collaborate closely with developers to make sure what gets built actually matches what you designed
• Interpret client briefs and translate fuzzy ideas into clear visual direction
• Maintain high creative standards across every deliverable — no lazy templates, no generic outputs

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Figma — you work fast and your files are organized
• A portfolio that shows you can design for real clients, not just mood boards
• A sharp eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy — you feel it when something's off
• Ability to adapt your style across industries and brand personalities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal hand-holding
• You understand the line between beautiful and functional — and you don't sacrifice one for the other

Bonus Points For:

• Experience designing specifically for Webflow or other no-code platforms
• Background in branding or brand identity work
• Experience at a digital agency or high-output startup
