The Role

We're looking for a talented Frontend Developer to join our remote team and help us build websites that actually impress people. You'll be working directly with our founding team, translating designs into polished, pixel-perfect websites using Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This isn't a ticket-grinder role — we want someone who genuinely cares about the craft and can bring ideas to the table.

What You'll Do

• Build and launch client websites in Webflow with speed and precision
• Write clean, semantic HTML/CSS and vanilla JavaScript when needed
• Collaborate with the team to interpret design briefs and bring them to life
• Maintain quality control across all deliverables — every site should feel intentional and professional
• Optimize sites for performance, responsiveness, and SEO best practices
• Iterate quickly based on client feedback without sacrificing quality

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Webflow — you can build complex layouts, CMS collections, and interactions without breaking a sweat
• Solid command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• A sharp eye for design detail — you notice when something is 2px off
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively in a remote environment
• Fast turnaround without cutting corners — you understand what it means to deliver under a tight timeline
• A portfolio that shows real, polished work

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Figma or design-to-dev handoff
• Familiarity with SEO principles and on-page optimization
• Experience working with startups or fast-paced agencies
